Follow the M6 North to Jct 44, then continue north along the A74. At the beginning of the A74(M), turn off left onto the A75 to Dumfries. Approaching Dumfries you reach a roundabout, where you take 1st exit straight ahead on the A780 into Dumfries. Coming into the town centre, turn left onto the A756 Brooms Rd and cross under the railway. At the small roundabout continue ahead 1st exit, then shortly after the start of the dual carriageway, turn left onto the B725 St Michael St south towards Glencaple. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit bearing right, still on the B725, and at the 3-way Y-junction continue along the middle road, the B725. Continue past the Royal Infirmary to your left, then take the first left into The Crichton Estate. When the road splits take the right hand fork. Then take the 2nd left, at the end of the road turn right and the hotel is 200 yards ahead on your right, shortly after the next junction. |
