From the North - leave the M6 at Junction 44 heading west through Carlisle onto the A595. Bypass Cockermouth and join the A66 heading towards Workington. Turn left onto the A595 for Whitehaven, after travelling about 600 yards you will see the hotel sign on the right hand side, carry on along the road for a further 200 yards and you will find the entrance on your right.
