By car from the South - leave the M4 at Jct 7, at the roundabout turn left first exit onto the A4 Bath Road west. At the next roundabout near Sainsburys, turn right third exit into Lent Rise Rd. Follow this road over the railway, straight ahead at two mini-roundabouts, passing Burnham Memorial Cricket Ground on your right and later Palmbrokers on your left. At the end of the road you reach a T-junction with Cliveden Road, and the main gates of the hotel are directly ahead. Follow the gravel drive all the way to the House, following the signs for House Guests. From the North - leave the M40 at Jct 4 and at the roundabout take the A404 south for Maidenhead. At the first junction turn off onto the sliproad, at the roundabout take the first exit left onto the A4155 Marlow Rd. Continue through Bourne End, at the mini-roundabout take the first exit bearing left along the A4094 Cores End Rd. At the next roundabout take the second exit bearing right into Kiln Lane, then the first right into Hawks Hill. At the crossroads bear slightly left along Hedsor Hill, continue along Bourne End Rd and the Hedsor Gate entrance is on your right. By train - the hotel is 2 miles from Burnham station, about 5 minutes by taxi. NB - if the main gates are closed, continue north along Cliveden Rd and take the first left into Bourne End Rd, the Hedsor Gate entrance is on the left. If these gates are also closed, please use the intercom system and one of our footmen will open the gates. |
